Paul Sylvia and Justin Bryce have been friends since 1987. They have since built up exceptional new skills and created a great team to start their own venture, Rouse Style.
Paul spent over 27 years as a police officer, with over 15 as an operational dog handler. This experience built discipline, tenacity, leadership and problem solving skills In conjunction with this career, Paul started and has built up a highly successful small business in a niche trade services industry, operating since 2012. This has given Paul an insight and perspective unique to most.
On the other side, Justin has two decades of experience as an electrician, which instilled in him a meticulous approach to craftsmanship and precision.
Their shared passion for excellence and customer service inspired the birth of Rouse Style. It is a web design agency that prides itself on reinstating the lost art of customer service and communication. ‘Rouse’ is derived from the command given to a dog to initiate a pursuit, reflecting their shared history and the pursuit of excellence that defines their professional journey.
